Winterization...

The following items represent the basic steps of winterization. Not all steps are performed on each boat. (Refer to the table on the right for details.)

A. Top off fuel tanks and add fuel stabilizer.
B. Spray "Storage Seal" into carburetor
C. Spray "Corrosion Guard" onto exterior
D. Check the lower unit oil for water
E. Change lower unit/ outdrive oil
F. Remove engine drain plugs
G. Disconnect battery
H. Pump out waste holding tanks & drain lines

Please do not wait until the last minute to call to have your boat winterized. In the event of an early cold weather warning, we will give priority for winterization in the chronological order that your authorization was received.

We cannot winterize your boat without your keys. It is your responsibility to make sure the service department has a key to your boat or knows where you keep it hidden.

An additional charge of $40 will apply if we have to bring your boat around to the fuel dock to top off the gas or pump out.
